Terms of Service

Sofia is a chat-first content studio that helps you plan, generate, schedule, and publish social media content. We may change, add, or remove features over time. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you actively rely on.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You keep ownership of everything you upload to Sofia and everything Sofia generates for you. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content strictly to operate the service on your behalf — for example, sending a prompt to a model provider or publishing a post to a connected account.

We do not use your content to train our own models. Content sent to third-party model providers is subject to their terms; see the Privacy Policy for the current list.

You are responsible for having the rights to the material you put into Sofia and for the content you publish. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or unintentionally similar to existing work — review it before publishing.

When you connect Instagram, TikTok, or another platform, you authorise Sofia to act on your behalf on that platform within the permissions you granted. You must comply with each platform's own terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram's Community Guidelines.

You can disconnect at any time from Sofia's Integrations page, or from the platform's own app settings. Platforms may change, restrict, or revoke API access at any time, and we cannot guarantee that publishing to any platform will remain available.

You may not use Sofia to:

• publish content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing
• impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
• generate or distribute spam, or automate engagement in ways that breach a platform's rules
• attempt to access other users' data, probe our systems, or circumvent rate limits, credit limits, or access controls
• resell or white-label the service without our written agreement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plans include a monthly credit allowance that is consumed by generation and rendering work. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law — including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, where applicable. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase.

We work to keep Sofia available but do not offer a guaranteed uptime commitment. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may interrupt publishing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aly Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using Sofia and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if required by law. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Sofia after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of São Paulo have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
